Throughout the month of February, Sr Robyn Reynolds has been  conducting a series of Reflection days which  have  focussed  on the document of Pope Francis, Evangelii Gaudium (The Joy of the Gospel) and our new Constitutions.  There three sessions included:

• The Joy of the Gospel and our FDNSC Charism
• The Joy of the Gospel and our FDNSC Mission
• The Joy of the Gospel and our FDNSC Spirituality.

Being a religious in the 21st Century one is always aware of the need to read in order to grasp many changes in our world today.

I was fortunate and privileged to attend a REFLECTION on our revised Constitutions couple with Pope Francis’s Evangelii Gaudium given by one of our OLSH sisters, Sr Robyn Reynolds.
Robyn in her unique enthusiastic way was able to draw comparisons between an 18th Century priest Fr Jules Chevalier, founder of the MSC’s and FDNSC’s and our 21st Century Pope – Pope Francis.
